The
following conditions apply and it is deemed that you agree to these
conditions if you are applying for a submission package or other service:
Search Engine Submission Packages
Please contact us with your requirements. We will contact you by the email provided on your web site to ensure that
is was you that submitted the form. We will provide you with a
quotation on your specific requirements and after acceptance of this
quotation and payment into our bank account, we will proceed with the
submission process. Actual work will only start after a
clearance period of 14 days since the transfer of the money to our
account.
The submission of the web site
will be our responsibility during our agreement period and no other party
are allowed to submit the web site also. This is to protect the web
site from "spamming" the search engines and possible
penalitisation.
Web Design
We will meet with you if possible to discuss the strategy, layout, design
and contents of the proposed (or existing) web site. If we can not
meet, please supply enough information to enable us to provide you with a
quotation for the required work. Fifty percent of the quotation is payable
into our bank account before any work starts. (The 14 day clearance
period is also applicable as with the submission packages.)
We will upload the web site
(password protected) as it is being build to give you the opportunity to
comment and provide your inputs. Once the web site is ready and the
remaining 50% of the costs paid, the password protection will be taken off
and the web site will be ready for submission to search engines.
Maintenance
We require an indication of changes that need to be made to your existing
web site as well as the scope and frequency of any future updates. Usually we
propose that a certain time e.g. 3 hours per month be used for maintenance
of a web site. The actual number of hours depends on your specific
situation. We will provide you with a quotation for maintenance once
we have visited your web site and familiarize ourselves with the technical
complexity of the web site.
Web Hosting
The required Hosting Requirement Form
must be completed and submitted to us.
We will confirm your requirements and provide you with a quotation and
after acceptance of this quotation and payment into our bank account, we
will proceed with the hosting process.
Hosting charges is payable in
advance and are done through a debit order procedure. One calendar
months notice is required should you wish to suspend your hosting with us.
General
The costs as provided in this web site does not include VAT. (We are
currently not VAT registered)
